ot the club in London, but something i need to get off my chest. Usualy in all major cities around the world there are basic things like public transport and payphones, but not Reykjavik, the three phones i found were all out of order, two of them locadet in turist information on Laugavegur. I know that almost everibody has a mobile, but what about the travelers or the locals that are out of battery etc. I enjoyed the kindness of strangers a young girl that didnt have any call time left on her cell and then a funky store owner. Iceland is to small

I went to the famous Tom Selleck look a like competiton, but it was all about the facial hair, it was really an amusing night. Lot's of cool men ;) I missed my friend that is currently living in SriLanka this had been his cup of tea, and one of the judges is his big hero.Next year they have to get a bigger location. Maybe it will evolpe into something huge. Like happent to Love Parade in Berlin that started out with few hundred clubber´s.

Afterwards went we to Oliver, that was a reminder to always read the fine print. Tapas plate but not what you get evrywere else. No it was a really expensive salat splitted up in 3 with dry bread. This is the first and last time i try their menu. But i had a great time with my aunt and 2 friends Love you all, specially BumbuLina :=)

slimy creatures

Well i have the best flatmate ever Bjoggi aka Hamburgerass. He is a loyal , funnie, crazy, funky there should be no question that i treasure him. But sometimes he does stuff i dont get. Like for instance his photoserie of spiders and other creatures he come across at work and elsewere. So there i sat and were watching one of the serie, and there was vthis slimy creapi thing looked like a hybird of a snail and a thousundleg. Using all my muscel´s in the face to show my feelings for this thing, and asked if he took that photo at work. No he said, this is our bathroom. No i said it cant be, and i said it many times to give him a change to say that. Then i had to come to terms and face the facts. So then my next question were if he had killed or captured it. And then i he said no, there was no time............ HHHHMMMMMMM i got quite opset, since he had time to take coupel of pictuers of it.... Shame on you Bjoggi

Violence

All the time awful things happen. Nut when you have them in a distance its kind of save. You are in some kind of protektiv bubble. Then sometimes you are taken out of that shield. Like for instance after my half year birthday party. I was outside a club in Cph. I am talking with some man, then we hear this horriable scream. At first did i freeze , but all the peopel outside ran into the bush(where the scream came from) . Then i got to talk with a girl, and hopefully asked her if this had been some kind of a joke. And she thought not. So i went into the bush and found a friedent girl around 19 year old, that a man had tried to rape her, luckely he didnt get his way with her, and she had been abel to scratch his face and tear his watch of him. I senserally hope that he has been caught.

The next day i went to the Redneck avent Groen Konsert for the first and last time of my life. A mass fight broke out, they were like a flok of mad dogs, and they rolled all over the place, a girl tried to ease things out but she was punshed in the face. There was children and pregnet women around. My friend Pia was really brave and used her as a human shield for a woman and her young child. Some police officers in civil clothes ran after them, but it took the secureity forever to arrive. Comperied to the Roskilde festival it seemed very unproffessional.

After a great night at Nadsat and Cph.Jazzhouse Maj and my were walking Koebmagergade when we saw two men fighting were one throw the another into the concreed, it didnt sound good. I were quite stressed to but in, luckly i did. Because i got to talk some sence into them so they stopped. It's so sad that people dont automatic help eachother, becasue it can be so dangerous

Home sweet home

Had a smooth journey. It took 33 min from i enterd the train to i was inside the dutyfree. When i came to Keflavik, i arrived throw security before my friend that was picking me up. I am so realived because throw the summer there has been nothing but pictures of quee for chek'in and security and then an extra stress factor after the attempted terrorist atack in London i was preperd for mega wait. There is a happy camper here, was driving around with my friend and her 2 boys , one of them i had the hounor of meting for the first time ever we had baearins bestu og gamlan :). Going to spend the night with the parent's and tomorrow night Sirkus Bar and hopefully spending time with my grandparent´s, friend's and auntie.

Being Singel

It´s like you loose contact with your friend´s when they get into realationsship´s. And then they are better at staying in touch with other coupels. Some of them are still in touch, but it´s never the same. Maybe i have been like that as well? No i don´t think so for instant did i always try to get my ex boyfriend to go out with his friend´s, it took me one year, he wantet to be home holding hands. Nothing wrong with that, but some ballance, please. I have every intention to stay singel. So i have to go with the flow and the norm...... or should i? But i cant wait to come home to iceland and see all my family and friends

War ....... absolutly NOTHING

There seems to be to many stubbern and stubid peopel with to much power (weapons) in the world. What about the civillians? Good thing that Denmark and other country´s are geting theyr peopel out, but what about the local peopel? They should also get a ticket out of Libanon.

I haven´t been at work, so i haven´t talked with anyone from the area about this new sitation, my heart goes out for them and all victims of war and supression

Beach, summer cinema and moore

My first trip to the beach yesterday, i don´t know why. I had lovely company, but it´s to hot, water is to cold, que´s to the icecream ( but brilliant ice boat, how past us way to seldom). later we went to a outdoor cinema (is @ Islands Brygge these days) were there were jam packed, quite good film but i had to leave in the middel of the film to get metro home, because i didn´t have any bicykel light´s. To night i am going to a barbeque, to morrow midweekbreak, thursday Culturebox ( dj from Berlin) friday to a old school rave party at the boat, saturday my half year birhday (is the 19 of july, but i wanted Svanhvit to join me and she is in Berlin until thursday.) Sunday is a big consert in Valby park (sort of a mini festival) I truly enjoy the summer, but miss some peopel and the icelandic swimming pool´s. Kisses

What is up with the outfits, it´s more then enought to have to watch bicykelrace, but no there is the faulest form for clothing bicykel short´s. Need i say moore? There should be a law aginst wearing them. I prefer football any day, much nicer for my eyes :)

I have desidet to stop my sponsorship to the gym, and actually use my card, so i have gon 3 times this week and i am taking a class tomorrow. Both places were i train is quite torned this days, one only have cold shower, and the other have some light- problems in the lady´s locker room.

I have lost my own sence of humor, it´s only little britain (english sitcome) eh eh ehhhh. But now is Svanhvit in Berlin so maybe i´ll find my self in the mean time.

sommer og sol

Typiskt, over vinteren er der travelt med skole, arb, fritid osv. Men her i sommerferien nar jeg har masser af tid til at arb, er det ikke noget at fa. Sa jeg har alt for god tid til at feste. Men rahygger mig med venner fra Island og Danmark. Er ikke god nok til at udnytte alle de konserter der er i forbindelse med Jazzfestivalet. Foreløblig leger jeg at jeg er blevet 18 igjen, var pa Barbarella i gar og Rust i aften. Min fiosofi er at det skal bara nydes og ikke bekymre sig for meget om regninger og de kommende skyhøje tandlaege regninger jeg far efter sommerferien. xxx

Roskilde festival

So sad that the festival is over, so much fun in to few days, (even thow i broke a tooth and had mayor problems with my feet. Morrisey and Tiga must be the favorittes. ´The music has to go on to night the icelandic reaggie band Hjalmar is playing in Christania to night, and tomorrow i am dj-ing at a friends birhday party, i wont mix just fader baby. xxxxxxxx

Sun is shining, wether is good

Sjovt hvad altting tager længre tid i Svergie, Jeg skulle til to forskellige destinationer på Skåne to dage i træk, hvor det var meget forsinkelser og en kunne have oensket at de var lidt mere hjaelpsomme.
Agla og eg forum i svaka fina veislu hja Elinu og Gudjoni, elska svon aislenskar veislur. Otrulega fint nyjea heimilid, vard svaka skotin i Soldisi, er meira ad segja med 5 eintok af somu myndinni, laga thad thegar eg fae sma taekni hjalp.

Ingibjorg fraenka vard student, fekk besta vedur svo veislan var uti i gardi frameftir kvoldi, thad er svo gott ade vera med sinum nanustu a svona timamotum, glaesileg veisla en best af ollu flatkokur med hangikjoti :)

Snart sommerferie :)

Vi skal lige fremlægge for hele sporet tirsdag, sa er der kun fest planlaegning og lidt mere, sa sommerferie, jibby. For examen i gar var jeg sa stresset, at jeg sov naesten ikke noget, sa jeg kom ikke ud fredag aften (faldt i sovn ca kl:20, ligsom de sma) Men i aften skal der festes JIBBY: Arbejdede nogle timer i bornehaven i gar, det var lige for man skulle uddele autografer, har heller ikke vaeret et stykke tid pgr af studier. Roskilde festivalet er lige om hjornet. Jeg elsker sommeren. De billeder er fra Paris . Ha en dejlig weekend

Paris

I left my heart in Paris, what a beutyful city. You don´t need to go and see something, because there is someting to discover, like when you walk throw the garden in front of the Louvre and then when you slowly go throw the park then i could see Tour Eiffel and then a little later Arc De Triomphe, wouw. I was talking about this with my cousin and she has been living there for over ten years, and she told me that she gets blows away by the beuty of Paris. Don´t get me startet about the food, oh my god 3 coursers for lunch, it would be code red if i lived over there ;). But i have to get back soon, to see all the wonderfull peopel specially the twins, miss them so much. They are only ten month´s old but they have such a charecter. All my family is wonderful but they are somewere in the top.

I was listening to the news this morning, there was this servey, 50 % of the Danes dosn´t know a muslim, not a singel one. How can that be ??????????????+

jeg bliver noedt til at brokke mig lidt

Som udlaendig i dette smukke land er der mange sma ting jeg bemaerker, en af de omgangsformer jeg undrer mig over er hvis jeg eksempelvis star i vejen sa deles de danskere der skal forbi mig grovt sagt i 2 grupper. (Jeg er godt klar over at det kan vaere irretabelt nar det star sadan en som er i sin egen verden i vejen og man har travelt).
Gruppe 1: Star sa stille bag en og venter pa at blive opdaget, nar man endelig ser dem og undskylder for at sta i vejen siger de at det goer ikke noget(nogle gange med et smil).
Gruppe 2: skubber en vaek eller raber en i oerene pa en, og hvis man proever at sige noget bliver man myrdet med oeje kontakt.
Jeg proever at vaere konstuktiv min made er at na kontakt og spoerge om jeg ma komme forbi. Til konserter kan det jo ikke lade sig goere men sa tager jeg blidt i folks skuldrer og smuger forbi. Jeg haber at jeg har ikke fornaermet nogen. God Pinse
